About Ari

Welcome to GymBuddyAri! I am honored to guide you through your fitness journey!

I have years of experience in the fitness industry (as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and athlete, to name a few!) and one thing has remained constant: fitness is fun! I’m here to convince you of the same. :) 

As someone with a background in public education, I believe that knowledge is power. My coaching philosophy is rooted in educating and empowering my clients by equipping them with science-based, fully customized workout plans that drive results, spark confidence and foster a balanced lifestyle, all at an affordable rate. 

In my free time, I love working out (of course!), hiking, traveling and baking. Yes, I encourage sweet treats! I will prove to you that you can eat snacks and still look like one, too ;)
